2. Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received and a confirmation has been issued by our team.
Payments may be made through approved payment methods, including credit card, bank transfer, or other payment services available on our website. Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information during the booking process.
Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation notice period and the terms applicable to the booked service.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days and returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
Certain services, including third-party bookings, permits, government fees, and other non-refundable arrangements, may not be eligible for refunds.
If a tour or travel service is cancelled by Boat Komodo Tours due to operational or safety reasons, customers may be offered a refund, rescheduling option, or travel credit, depending on the circumstances.
4. Changes & Force Majeure
Boat Komodo Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, routes, accommodations, transportation, or activities when necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
We shall not be held liable for delays, changes, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Liability & Travel Insurance
Participation in adventure travel, marine activities, and outdoor tourism involves inherent risks. By joining our tours, customers acknowledge and accept these risks.
Boat Komodo Tours shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, personal injury, delays, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, trip cancellations, and other travel-related risks before departure
