Upon arrival at Komodo International Airport in Labuan Bajo, meet your driver-guide and begin your overland adventure toward the southern mountains of Flores.

Enjoy a scenic drive through traditional villages, lush forests, and rolling hills before arriving at Denge Village, the gateway to the famous Waerebo Village. After registration and preparation, begin the trek through the beautiful mountain rainforest.

The trek takes approximately 2–3 hours and passes through several rest points while offering stunning views of the surrounding valleys and forests.

Upon arrival at Waerebo Traditional Village, receive a traditional welcome ceremony conducted by the local community before exploring one of Indonesia’s most iconic cultural destinations. Known as the "Village Above the Clouds," Waerebo is famous for its unique cone-shaped traditional houses called Mbaru Niang.

Enjoy dinner with the local community and experience the peaceful atmosphere of village life.

Wake up to the fresh mountain air and enjoy breakfast in the village.

Spend the morning interacting with local residents and learning about their daily activities, traditions, architecture, and way of life. This is a unique opportunity to experience one of Flores’ most authentic cultural communities.

Afterward, begin the trek back to Denge Village, where your driver will be waiting.

Continue the journey toward Cancar Village to visit the famous Spider Web Rice Fields (Lingko). A short walk to the viewpoint reveals the extraordinary circular rice field patterns unique to the Manggarai region.

Proceed to Ruteng, the capital of Manggarai Regency and one of the most charming highland towns in Flores.

Check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, depart Ruteng and continue eastward through Flores’ spectacular mountain landscapes.

Visit Aimere Village, where local families produce traditional Arak Flores using age-old distillation techniques. Observe the production process and learn about this unique cultural tradition.

Continue to Ranamese Lake, a beautiful volcanic crater lake surrounded by dense tropical forest. Enjoy the cool mountain atmosphere and stunning natural scenery.

The journey then continues through scenic valleys and rural villages toward Bajawa, home to the Ngada people and one of Flores’ most important cultural regions.

Arrive in Bajawa and check in to your hotel.

Overnight: Bajawa

Following breakfast, begin exploring the traditional villages of the Ngada Highlands.

Visit Luba Traditional Village, known for its megalithic stones and traditional houses that reflect the rich heritage of the Ngada people.

Continue to the renowned Bena Traditional Village, one of the best-preserved traditional villages in Flores. Explore its stone courtyards, ancestral shrines, and unique architecture while enjoying spectacular views of Mount Inerie.

Afterward, drive to So’a Hot Springs, where natural geothermal pools offer a relaxing break amid a lush tropical environment.

In the afternoon, continue northward through beautiful mountain roads toward the coastal town of Riung.

Arrive in Riung and check in to your accommodation.

After breakfast, board a traditional wooden boat for a full-day island-hopping adventure in the beautiful Riung 17 Islands Marine Park.

Explore several tropical islands and enjoy activities such as swimming, snorkeling, relaxing on white sandy beaches, and admiring the crystal-clear waters of the Flores Sea.

Continue to Moni Village, located near Kelimutu National Park.

Early in the morning (around 04:00 AM), depart for Kelimutu National Park.

Arrive at the parking area and take a short walk to the main viewpoint to witness one of Indonesia’s most spectacular natural wonders—the Kelimutu Three-Colored Lakes. Enjoy the sunrise as the changing colors of the volcanic crater lakes create a truly magical landscape.

Spend time exploring the viewpoints and capturing unforgettable photographs before returning to your hotel for breakfast.

After check-out, continue your journey to either Maumere Airport, Ende Airport, or your selected hotel, depending on your travel arrangements.
