Schedule Details
DAY 1 | Labuan Bajo – Melo Village – Lembor Area – Cancar Village – Ruteng Pu’u Village – Ruteng
Upon arrival at Komodo Airport in Labuan Bajo, meet your driver-guide and begin your overland journey across the western part of Flores Island.
Your first stop is Melo Village, located on a hillside overlooking Labuan Bajo Bay and the surrounding islands. Enjoy panoramic views and learn about local Manggarai culture. Continue through the fertile plains of Lembor, known for its vast rice fields that form one of the largest agricultural areas in Flores.
After lunch at a local restaurant, proceed to Cancar Village to witness the famous Spider Web Rice Fields (Lingko), a unique agricultural system found only in the Manggarai region. A short walk to the viewpoint offers spectacular views of the circular rice field patterns.
The journey continues to Ruteng Pu’u Traditional Village, one of the oldest Manggarai settlements where traditional houses and ancestral heritage remain preserved. Explore the village and gain insight into local customs and daily life.
Arrive in Ruteng in the late afternoon and check in to your hotel.

DAY 2 | Ruteng – Ranamese Lake – Aimere Village – Bajawa
After breakfast, depart Ruteng and drive east through the scenic mountain landscapes of Flores.
Stop at Ranamese Lake, a beautiful volcanic crater lake surrounded by dense tropical forest. The cool climate and peaceful atmosphere make it an ideal place for a short walk and photography.
Continue the journey towards Bajawa with a stop at Aimere Village, famous for its traditional production of Arak Flores, a locally distilled palm liquor. Observe the traditional distillation process and learn about this long-standing local tradition.
Enjoy scenic views of mountains, valleys, and rural villages along the route before arriving in Bajawa, the cultural heartland of the Ngada people.
Check in to your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

DAY 3 | Bajawa – Luba Village – Bena Village – So’a Hot Springs – Riung
Following breakfast, begin exploring the traditional villages of the Ngada Highlands.
Visit Luba Village, a traditional settlement known for its distinctive architecture, megalithic structures, and strong cultural traditions. Continue to the iconic Bena Traditional Village, one of Flores’ most photographed cultural sites. The village features rows of traditional houses set against the dramatic backdrop of Mount Inerie.
After exploring the villages, drive to So’a Hot Springs, where natural geothermal pools provide a relaxing opportunity to unwind amidst a tropical setting.
In the afternoon, continue the scenic drive north toward the coastal town of Riung, passing through remote villages and beautiful landscapes.
Arrive in Riung and check in to your accommodation.

DAY 4 | Full-Day Riung 17 Islands Marine Park Excursion
After breakfast, board a traditional wooden boat for a full-day excursion to the stunning Riung 17 Islands Marine Park.
Cruise through crystal-clear waters while exploring several beautiful islands scattered across the bay. Depending on weather and sea conditions, visits may include:
- Rutong Island
- Pulau Tiga
- Bat Island (Flying Fox Island)
- Snorkeling spots around the marine park
- White sandy beaches and pristine coastal areas
Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, relaxing on tropical beaches, and observing thousands of flying foxes hanging in the mangrove forests.

Return to Riung in the afternoon and enjoy a relaxing evening.

DAY 5 | Riung – Mbai Village – Blue Stone Beach – Ende – Wologai Village – Ndua Ria Market – Moni
After breakfast, depart Riung and continue eastward through the diverse landscapes of Flores.
Make a stop at Mbai Village, where you can observe local agricultural activities and rural life. Continue to the famous Blue Stone Beach (Penggajawa Beach) near Ende, known for its striking blue and turquoise-colored volcanic stones that cover the shoreline.
Proceed to Ende Town, the largest city in central Flores, before continuing to Wologai Traditional Village, a well-preserved Lio tribal settlement featuring traditional houses, stone courtyards, and rich cultural heritage.
If operating on a market day, visit Ndua Ria Market, one of the largest traditional markets in Flores, where local people gather to trade agricultural products, livestock, textiles, and daily necessities.
Continue to Moni Village, located at the foot of Kelimutu National Park.

DAY 6 | Moni – Kelimutu Three-Colored Lakes – Maumere or Ende – Departure
Early in the morning (around 04:00 AM), depart for Kelimutu National Park.
Upon arrival, take a short walk to the viewpoint and witness one of Indonesia’s most spectacular natural wonders—the Kelimutu Three-Colored Lakes. Watch the sunrise illuminate the volcanic landscape while enjoying panoramic views over the surrounding mountains.
The three crater lakes are famous for their changing colors, a natural phenomenon that has fascinated visitors from around the world.
After enjoying the sunrise and exploring the viewpoints, return to your hotel for breakfast and check out.
Depending on your departure arrangements, continue the journey to Maumere Airport, Ende Airport, or your selected hotel.
